Eligibility
- Our services are primarily designed for individuals aged 45 years and above.
- By booking with us, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating in group travel.
- Any specific medical conditions should be disclosed before booking.

Booking & Payments
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon full payment or an agreed-upon advance payment.
- Prices are subject to change based on availability and external factors.
- Payment can be made via online transfer, credit/debit card, or UPI.

Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp, 14 days before trip start date.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the cancellation policy outlined in the itinerary.
- ElderGo reserves the right to cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government regulations, low participation, etc.), in which case, refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided.
- If a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days from the date of refund commitment.

Travel & Itinerary Modifications
- ElderGo strives to stick to the planned itinerary; however, modifications may occur due to weather, local regulations, or operational constraints.
- Travelers will be informed of any major changes in advance.

Group Travel Conduct
To ensure a safe and enjoyable travel experience, all participants must:
- Respect fellow travelers, tour managers, and local communities.
- Adhere to group schedules to avoid inconvenience.
- Refrain from disruptive behavior.
- Follow all safety and health guidelines provided by ElderGo.
- Non-compliance may result in removal from the trip without a refund.

Health & Safety
- Travelers must be medically fit to undertake trips.
- ElderGo provides basic medical assistance, but travelers must carry their own medications and insurance.
- In case of an emergency, we will arrange medical support, but expenses will be borne by the traveler.

Liability & Responsibility
- ElderGo acts as a facilitator between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport, tour guides, etc.).
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or damages caused by third parties.
- Travelers are advised to have travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

Use of Personal Data
- Personal data collected during bookings is used for travel arrangements and communication.
- We do not sell or rent your data.

Photography & Media Usage
- Photos and videos taken during trips may be used for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to appear in promotional material, please inform us in advance.

Complaints & Disputes
- Any complaints should be raised during the trip so we can address them promptly.
- Disputes, if any, shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, India courts.

Shipping Policy
- ElderGo Private Limited does not sell or ship any physical products.
- All our services, including tour bookings, are delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, or phone communication.
- Upon successful payment, travelers receive confirmation, itinerary details, and relevant documents electronically within 1–3 working days.
- Since no physical goods are shipped, there are no shipping charges, logistics timelines, or delivery tracking.
- For any issues related to confirmation emails or digital documents, please contact us directly.
