Our Story
We started ElderGo because we couldn't find anyone we'd trust with our own parents. So we built one. And we hold ourselves to that same standard — for every single traveller.

I've always been a bit obsessive about travel planning. Not the "pick a package and go" kind — the kind where you spend weeks researching so that every day of the trip feels right. The right pace. The right hotel. The right restaurant for lunch on Day 3.
Over the years, I planned itineraries for friends who didn't have the time or patience to do it themselves. They'd follow the plan, come back happy, and ask me to make the next one.
Then my parents retired. They wanted to see the world. They'd spent decades working, raising a family, putting everyone else first — and now, finally, they had the time.
But international travel at 60+ is complicated. Visas, airports, unfamiliar food, medical concerns, the fear of being a burden. They needed someone to handle everything. I looked for a tour operator who could take them. Someone who'd plan the trip the way I would — thoughtful pacing, good hotels, real experiences, no rushing, no cutting corners.
I couldn't find one. Everything was either budget packages designed for 25-year-olds, or overpriced luxury tours that treated seniors like they were fragile.
So I did what I always do — I planned it myself. I took my parents on their first group trip. I handled everything. The itinerary, the hotels, the meals, the sightseeing, the transfers. I made sure they never had to think about logistics for a single moment.
They came back and wouldn't stop talking about it. For weeks. The photos went to every relative. Every neighbour heard the stories. And then something happened that I didn't expect — my parents' friends wanted to come next time.
The next trip had six seniors. The one after that had twelve. I was still working at the time, squeezing trip planning into evenings and weekends. But the demand kept growing — not because of marketing, but because every group came back and told their friends.
At some point, I realised this wasn't a side project anymore. These weren't my parents' friends asking for a favour. These were families trusting me with their loved ones. That trust deserved a real company, real accountability, and a team that shared the same obsession with getting every detail right.
That's how ElderGo was born. Not from a business plan. From a waiting list.

First trip. Two travellers - our own parents.
Parents' friends wanted in. First group trip 6 seniors. Then 12. Then a waiting list.
COVID brought travel to a halt. But the demand didn't disappear it waited. Families stayed in touch, asking "when can we go again?"
Travel resumes. Trips restart. The waiting list was still there.
ElderGo formally registered as Eldaura Senior Adventures Pvt Ltd. A real company to match the real responsibility.
First full year. 220+ seniors. 13 group tours. 7 countries - Bhutan, Vietnam, Bali, Sri Lanka, Dubai, Kenya, Japan. Rated 4.96 on Google.
Scaling to 4 departures per month across international, domestic, pilgrimage, and weekend getaways.
We spend weeks researching every new destination. Hotels are shortlisted, visited, and vetted in person before they make our list. Routes are driven. Restaurants are tested. We don't sell an itinerary we haven't experienced.
Every day is planned for seniors - comfortable pacing, rest breaks built in, no early morning rushes. Each itinerary goes through multiple revisions before it's approved.
Our tour managers are briefed on every traveller - dietary needs, medical considerations, mobility levels. We prepare for what we hope never happens.
One dedicated tour manager stays with the group from Day 1 to the last day. Not a local guide at each stop. One person who knows your name, your needs, and your preferences.
After every trip, we debrief. What worked, what didn't, what can be better. Our itineraries evolve with every single departure.
Every hotel on our list has been visited and inspected - by our founders or our team. We check the rooms, the food, the accessibility, the service. If it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't make the cut. No exceptions.
We spend more time designing each journey than most operators spend on their entire catalogue. The difference between a good trip and an unforgettable one is in the details most operators skip.
If a 4-star hotel is what the experience needs, that's what we book - even if it means our price is slightly higher than a competitor's. Our travellers don't come to us for the cheapest option. They come for the best one.
Your tour manager isn't a guide who shows up at tourist spots. They're a single, dedicated person who stays with your group from the moment you board the bus to the moment you're safely back home.
Patience first, experience second. We look for people who genuinely enjoy spending time with seniors not just people with tourism degrees.
Every tour manager is first-aid trained and briefed on emergency response protocols. They shadow experienced managers on multiple trips before leading a group themselves.
After every tour, managers submit detailed feedback what worked, what didn't, what can be improved. This feedback directly shapes the next departure.

An obsessive trip planner who spent years designing itineraries for friends and family before turning it into ElderGo. Personally vets every new destination and hotel. Every itinerary still goes through his review before it goes live. If he wouldn't send his own parents on the trip, it doesn't get approved.
